ProTerra Welcomes Thirach Rungruangkanokkul – our new Southeast Asia and Pacific Representative!

We are delighted to welcome Thirach Rungruangkanokkul to the ProTerra Team.

He has a wealth of experience, having served as a senior manager for Asia and the Pacific in organisations such as the Sustainable Sugarcane Platform, AFMA and UNESCAP. Thirach’s credentials include his achievements in Sustainable Procurement Management and Ethical Sourcing for Multinational Companies, Policy Advocacy, Business Policy and Business Research Methodology.

Thirach is a visionary strategist, seamlessly integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles with the sustainable development goals (SDGs) in climate action, sustainable consumption and production (SCP) and sustainable food value chain management. His pioneering efforts have led to the creation of transformative initiatives such as the Sustainable Agro-Food Multi-stakeholder Partnership Platform, the Sustainable Ocean Ambassador programme, and the prestigious Climate Action Awards.

His wide-ranging experience and innovative approach continue to shape the future of sustainable development in the agri-food sector.
