Hello, my name is Melanie. I’m the Agricultural Technologist for a retailer in Australia called Coles. I am responsible for governance, policy & technical support for agricultural commodities including beef, lamb & dairy. This also includes governance for sustainability claims & animal welfare requirements on farm/at abattoirs. I’m a qualified auditor & one of the on-farm auditors for the company. I’m looking to further understand MRV through this course as Coles works on sustainability topics including deforestation & greenhouse gas emissions.
