1) First, I would grouped them by geographical location and their risk, and separated by their connection to a specific agricultural commodity production and/or related products. Afterwards I will calculate the sample size according to the table of the Annex A, taking into account the considerations for very high-risk and high-risk regions, medium-risk regions, and low-risk regions.
2) I would review the SAP system, to ensure each supplier and transaction is properly recorded, and double check the traceability data to ensure there is no overlapping information for the same supplier.
3) First, a SAP system revision, then a cross-check to the traceability data, to ensure the origin is properly identified and seggregated, and finally I would pay a visit to the suppliers where there is reasonable doub of inconsistencies regarding the revised information.
