Hello everyone! I am Carlos Arcos, Coordinator of Regulatory Affairs of the company Gisis S.A., daughter company of NUTRECO in Ecuador. I graduated in 2011 from the ESPOL University in Ecuador as Bachelor in Food Science, and a master’s degree in Nutrition and Rural development by Ghent University.
From 2011 onwards, I have been working for the private and public sector in areas as Sanitary Surveillance, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Products registration, and Public Policies, for food and feed systems.
