a) Please explain what type of documents, information and evidence you, as auditor, would look for when conducting a ProTerra MRV audit and verifying the compliance with the deforestation cut-off date of the Standard?
For the first part of the question checking recent satellite image with good resolution is the key piece of evidence ( either provided by the organizations or access directly by the VB).

b) What would be your approach when dealing with suppliers with no traceability information in relation to deforestation cut-off date of the Standard?
The economic operator if it was defined an action plan to work with these suppliers to bring them to a traceable level in the medium term. As some colleagues pointed out, the plan must be suitable otherwise its is a NC that impedes the issuance of a positive verification statement if not solved timely.
Keep in mind that, if there are lots of commodities with no traceability information these lots must be clearly identified as such and this information should be passed on to potential buyers down the supply chain

c) In your opinion and based on the reading material: ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH, AND SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR ANNUAL CROP PRODUCTION – World Bank; what are the top 4 environmental issues associated to agricultural activity?
There are no right or wrong answers here. In my opinion the key topics are (and they may vary from region to region): Soil Conservation and Management, Use and Management of Pesticides; Fertilizers and Biodiversity and Ecosystems.
Hope you all have read the World Bank Guidance, it is an excellent document to help understand environmental and health and safety issues associated to agricultural activity.
